§1 ORGANIZATOR

1. Konkurs polskiej piosenki dla cudzoziemców „You can sing it! Dasz radę to zaśpiewać”, zwany dalej Konkursem organizowany jest przez Stowarzyszenie „Dom Wschodni – Domus Orientalis”, zwanego dalej Organizatorem.

2. Wszelkich informacji na temat Konkursu udziela Biuro Stowarzyszenia w Łodzi, ul. Piotrkowska 80, 90-102 Lodz, adres e-mail: kontakt@domwschodni.pl.

§2 UCZESTNICY KONKURSU

1. Uczestnikami Konkursu mogą być cudzoziemcy (osoby legitymujące się obcym paszportem) przebywający legalnie w Polsce podczas trwania Konkursu, którzy ukończyli 16 rok życia.

2. Osoby niepełnoletnie przed przystąpieniem do Konkursu muszą okazać zgodę rodziców lub opiekunów prawnych.

3. W Konkursie biorą udział tylko i wyłącznie soliści i solistki. Konkurs nie dotyczy występów zespołów wokalnych i muzycznych.

4. Podczas wszystkich wydarzeń związanych z Konkursem uczestnicy winni posiadać dokument potwierdzający ich tożsamość. Osoby niepełnoletnie uczestniczą w Konkursie w towarzystwie przynajmniej jednego z rodziców lub osoby przez niego wskazanej.

§3 WARUNKI UCZESTNICTWA

1. Warunkiem uczestnictwa w Konkursie jest dokonanie do dnia przesluchan konkursowych (to znaczy do 19 listopada 2013 r. rejestracji uczestnika konkursu przez elektroniczny formularz zamieszczony na stronie internetowej www.youcansingit.pl lub w dniu przesluchan osobiscie oraz spełnienie wymogów formalnych, o których mowa w przedmiotowym Regulaminie.

2. Przesłanie formularza zgłoszeniowego jest równoznaczne z akceptacją warunków przedmiotowego regulaminu oraz wyrażeniem zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych przez Organizatora zgodnie z ustawą o ochronie danych osobowych z dn. 29.08.1997 r. (Dz. U. Nr 133, poz. 883).

§4 PRZEBIEG KONKURSU

Konkurs odbywa się trójstopniowo: przesluchania, przygotowanie koncertu finałowego i koncert finałowy.

I: ETAP I – PRZESLUCHANIE

1. Zarejestrowani uczestnicy zobowiązani są przejść przesłuchanie w dniu 19 LISTOPADA 2023 (organizator poinformuje o godzinie przesłuchania).

2. Podczas przesłuchania uczestnik wykonuje przed jurorwami wybarny przez siebie utwór w dowolnym języku. Na tym etapie konkursu jurorzy oceniają przede wszystkim umiejętnosci wokalne, a w drugiej kolejnosci znajomosc języka polskiego. 

3. Wyniki eliminacji ogłoszone zostaną w dniu przesluchania oraz zamieszczone na stronie internetowej www.youcansingit.pl.

II: ETAP II – PRZYGOTOWANIE KONCERTU FINAŁOWEGO

A. Wybór utworu konkursowego:

  1. W wyznaczonym przez Organizatora dniu Finalisci spotykają się na warsztat, którego celem jest wybór przez każdego z nich utworu konkursowego. 
  2. Z listy 25 utworów konkursowych każdy z Finalistów losuje jeden utwór. Organizator przedstawia Finalistom wylosowane utwory tlumacząc znaczenie slow, po czym każdy z Finalistów (w kolejnosci alfabetycznej) decyduje o podjęciu pracy nad wylosowanym utworem lub nie. Utwór odrzucony może byc wybrany przez innego Finalistę.
  3. W przypadku niedokonania wyboru przez wszystkich Finalistów w pierwszej turze losowania, Finalisci, którzy nie mają swojego utworu ponawiają losowanie. Druga tura losowania jest ostateczna i bark akceptacji utworu oznacza rezygnację z udzialu w konkursie.

B. Przygotowanie koncertu finalowego:

1. Finaliści Konkursu otrzymają od Organizatora pomoc potrzebną do przygotowania finałowego występu w zakresie:

a). pracy nad tekstem, jego dokładnym zrozumieniem i poprawnym wykonaniem z lektorem języka polskiego,

b). pracy nad aranżacją utworu (emisja głosu, choreografia) z profesjonalnym muzykiem,

c). opracowania akompaniamentu finałowego występu z zawodowymi lub amatorskimi muzykami.

2. Praca nad finałowym występem będzie dokumentowana fotograficznie i filmowana. Opracowane w ten sposób materiały zamieszczane będą po każdorazowym uzyskaniu zgody Finalistów na stronie internetowej Konkursu.

III. ETAP III – KONCERT FINAŁOWY

  1. Koncert Finałowy odbędzie się 14 grudnia 2023 roku w Łodzi z udziałem jurorów i zaproszonych gosci.
  2. Finaliści występując w kolejności losowej prezentują utwór, który przygotowywali po eliminacjach.
  3. Jury konkursu drogą głosowania wskazuje zwycięzców przyznając I, II i III miejsce.
  4. Na zakończenie koncertu finałowego Organizator ogłasza nazwiska Laureatów (Finalisci otrzymujący miejsce I, II lub III).

§5 NAGRODY

1. Organizator przewiduje następujące nagrody:

a) dla każdego Finalisty (z wyjątkiem Laureatów): 500 PLN

b) dla Laureata, który zajmie 3 miejsce: 1000 PLN

c) dla Laureata, który zajmie 2 miejsce: 3000 PLN

d) dla Lauteata, który zajmie 1 miejsce: 5000 PLN

2. Organizator przewiduje poszerzenie puli nagród podczas trwania Konkursu.

§6 FINALIŚCI

1. Finaliści Konkursu zostaną zaproszeni przez Organizatora do udziału w dalszej części projektu polegającej na odbyciu trasy koncertowej, podczas której wykonają polskie utwory muzyczne. Koncerty będą miały charakter charytatywny. Dochód z tych koncertów Organizator przekaże na ustalony wraz z Laureatami cel charytatywny.

2. Zwycięzca konkursu otrzyma zaproszenie do udziału w następnej edycji jako juror.

§7 INFORMACJE POZOSTAŁE

1. Organizator zapewnia: sprzęt nagłaśniający, mikrofony, oświetlenie.

2. Uczestnicy pokrywają we własnym zakresie koszty przejazdu i ubezpieczenia na wszystkich etapach Konkursu.

3. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany przedmiotowego Regulaminu. Wszelkie zmiany oraz informacje dot. Konkursu publikowane będą na stronie internetowej www.youcansingit.pl.

4. Kwestie sporne, nieobjęte Regulaminem lub wymagające dodatkowych interpretacji rozstrzyga Organizator.

§1 ORGANIZER

  1. The Polish Song Contest for Foreigners „You can sing it! Dasz radę to zaśpiewać”, hereinafter referred to as the Contest, is organized by the Association „Dom Wschodni – Domus Orientalis”, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
  2. All information about the Contest is provided by the Association’s Office in Łódź, at 80 Piotrkowska Street, 90-102 Lodz, email address: kontakt@domwschodni.pl.

§2 CONTEST PARTICIPANTS

  1. Contest participants may be foreigners (individuals holding a foreign passport) legally residing in Poland during the Contest, who have reached the age of 16.
  2. Minors must obtain consent from their parents or legal guardians before participating in the Contest.
  3. The Contest is open exclusively to solo performers. It does not include vocal or musical group performances.
  4. Participants must have a document confirming their identity during all events related to the Contest. Minors participate in the Contest accompanied by at least one parent or a person designated by them.

§3 PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

  1. The condition for participating in the Contest is to register the participant by the audition day (i.e., by November 19, 2013) through the electronic form provided on the website www.youcansingit.pl, and to meet the formal requirements specified in this Regulation.
  2. Submitting the registration form is equivalent to accepting the conditions of this Regulation and consenting to the processing of personal data by the Organizer in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883).

§4 CONTEST PROCEDURE

The Contest consists of three stages: auditions, preparation for the final concert, and the final concert.

STAGE I – AUDITIONS

  1. Registered participants are required to undergo auditions on November 19, 2023 (the organizer will inform about the audition time).
  2. During the auditions, the participant performs a song of their choice in any language before the judges. At this stage of the competition, judges primarily assess vocal skills, and secondarily, knowledge of the Polish language.
  3. The results of the eliminations will be announced on the day of the auditions and posted on the website www.youcansingit.pl.

STAGE II – PREPARATION FOR THE FINAL CONCERT

A. Selection of the Contest Song:

On a date designated by the Organizer, the Finalists meet for a workshop where each of them selects a contest song. From a list of 25 contest songs, each Finalist randomly draws one song. The Organizer presents the selected songs to the Finalists, explaining the meaning of the lyrics. Then, each Finalist (in alphabetical order) decides whether to work on the drawn song or not. A rejected song may be chosen by another Finalist. If all Finalists do not make a choice in the first round of drawing, Finalists who do not have their own song repeat the drawing. The second round of drawing is final, and the lack of acceptance of the song means resignation from participating in the contest.

B. Preparation for the final concert:

  1. The Contest Finalists will receive assistance from the Organizer in preparing for the final performance, including:a) working on the lyrics, understanding them accurately, and performing them correctly with a Polish language tutor,b) working on the arrangement of the song (voice emission, choreography) with a professional musician,c) developing the accompaniment for the final performance with professional or amateur musicians.
  2. Work on the final performance will be documented with photographs and videos. The materials produced in this way will be posted on the Contest website after obtaining the Finalists’ consent.

STAGE III – FINAL CONCERT

The Final Concert will take place on December 14, 2023, in Łódź, with the participation of the judges and invited guests. The Finalists will perform in random order the song they prepared after the eliminations. The contest jury will determine the winners by voting and awarding 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. At the end of the final concert, the Organizer announces the names of the Laureates (Finalists receiving 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place).

§5 PRIZES

  1. The Organizer provides the following prizes:a) for each Finalist (excluding Laureates): 500 PLNb) for the Laureate in 3rd place: 1000 PLNc) for the Laureate in 2nd place: 3000 PLNd) for the Laureate in 1st place: 5000 PLN
  2. The Organizer plans to expand the prize pool during the Contest.

§6 FINALISTS

  1. The Contest Finalists will be invited by the Organizer to participate in the further part of the project, which involves going on a concert tour during which they will perform Polish musical compositions. The concerts will have a charitable character. The proceeds from these concerts will be donated to a charitable cause agreed upon with the Laureates.
  2. The winner of the contest will receive an invitation to participate as a judge in the next edition.

§7 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. The Organizer provides: sound equipment, microphones, lighting.
  2. Participants are responsible for their own transportation and insurance costs at all stages of the Contest.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to change this Regulation. Any changes and information regarding the Contest will be published on the website www.youcansingit.pl.
  4. Disputes, matters not covered by the Regulation, or requiring additional interpretation will be resolved by the Organizer.
